A trinket dish in pretty floral design with a bird on a vintage botanical background. These trinket dishes are handmade using the decoupage technique on to natural scallop shells. The shells are sealed and glazed with resin on the inside, giving them durability and a beautiful glossy porcelain look. The edges of the shell are gilded with liquid gold leaf.
These shells are approximately 13cm wide and are made from natural scallop shells found in Cornwall, each dish is unique and may vary slightly in size and shape.
These shell dishes make lovely gifts for Mother's Day, birthdays or as gift to yourself and are great as a decorative bowl and a place to dump your keys in a hallway, as trinket dish on a dressing table, a decorative soap dish or a bowl for potpourri.
To clean just wipe with a lightly damp cloth. This trinket dish comes gift ready laid in a box on top of shredded tissue paper with a personalised gift message on a tag if required.
